A Note To Parents

Hug your babies each and every day.  No matter how old they get, no matter how much milk they spill or how many toys they forget to pick up, children are the single most precious gifts we have been given.

Never let your last words be angry or hurtful.

Never forget to praise their accomplishments.

Never let a day go by that you don’t show them just how much you care.

And never take them for granted, because one day, when you least expect it, they might be gone.

If you’re the kind to pray, please do so now for this unfortunate family.

My your day be filled with blessings.

  1. Heartbreaking. My thoughts and prayers are with the parents and lone sibling who survived.

    • Very sad. I can’t begin to imagine what that poor mom will go through and can only hope the family gets the help they need to endure the emotional fall-out in years to come.

I also pray that they don’t fall victim to thoughtless, hurtful remarks made by arrogant, holier-than-thou people. Life can be a cruel place and the last thing they need is to be judged.

      Thanks for commenting, Laura.

  2. I saw the report on that poor family on the news. Horrific. Those poor parents will need a lot of support. I hope they get it.

  4. Hi catwoods,

Don’t think you will mind and hope you don’t…because I’ve posted this on my blog. Felt it needed to be passed on.

    • Thanks for the heads-up. As long as you link back to me and give credit where it is due, you’re fine!

I appreciate your support and will stop by and check out your blog soon!

      hugs~
